Management Training

We provide structured training based on five key areas: sales management, cost control, goal setting, operations, and team communication.

Staff Education

We support personal and professional growth through programs that enhance table service quality, expand knowledge of nutrition and healthy menu planning, and offer hands-on experience in menu development and ingredient selection.

Salary & Promotion System

Each section has clearly defined skills and grades. Promotions and salary increases are based on performance evaluations.

Hiring Process

  1. Application

  2. First Interview (Online)
    Conducted via Zoom to assess communication ability, service mindset, and motivation.

     

  3. Second Stage (Practical Trial)
    A 2–3 hour in-store trial where we evaluate practical skills, speed, voice, and English communication.

     

  4. Probation Period (2–3 weeks)
    Paid training period to confirm mutual suitability for ongoing work.

※ In principle, we do not hire on the assumption of short-term work only (3–4 months).
