Each section has clearly defined skills and grades. Promotions and salary increases are based on performance evaluations.

Hiring Process
- Application

Conducted via Zoom to assess communication ability, service mindset, and motivation. - Second Stage (Practical Trial)
A 2–3 hour in-store trial where we evaluate practical skills, speed, voice, and English communication. - Probation Period (2–3 weeks)
Paid training period to confirm mutual suitability for ongoing work. - Offer & Contract
