What Goes Into Every Dish at Miso

At Miso, we believe good food starts with good ingredients.

We use free-range natural pork, raised in a stress-free environment for tender, full-flavoured meat. Our eggs are also free-range, chosen for both quality and freshness.

Our beef features “2GR Premium Wagyu,” one of Australia’s finest wagyu brands, selected for its rich flavour and consistency.

Rice is important to us. We use a carefully balanced 50/50 blend of Australian and Japanese rice, cooked to achieve a glossy and fluffy finish. For sushi, we season it with Shiragiku Vinegar for a clean, well-rounded taste.

Our miso soup is made with our special miso and carefully prepared dashi, creating a gentle and comforting flavour. Even our soy sauce is thoughtfully chosen – YAMASA soy sauce blended with kombu and dashi for extra depth.

For our fried dishes, we use freshly made bread crumbs and fry them in vegetable oil to create a light, crisp texture.
These are small details, but together they shape the everyday taste of Miso.

The other day, we decided to film during service – not for anything big, just to capture what a regular day at Miso looks like.

We had fun filming it.
